We understand and agree with the following conditions. Any deposit is an acceptance of these terms & conditions. To ensure that the image of the work we are seen to do is of the highest possible standard (not to mention the condition of our vehicles) it is necessary to stipulate:

MAXIMUM CARRYING CAPACITY

Cadillac Limousine – 6 Passenger in rear, 1 passenger in the front if needed.

PASSENGER SAFETY

Seat belts are fitted to the vehicle and under current legislation must be applied and fitted by each person travelling in vehicle, unless otherwise authorized.

Children and infants travelling in vehicle must adhere to normal child safety restraint rulings as per current Vicroad guidelines. Children MUST be controlled and in seatbelts at all times.

Our Insurance Policy covers all authorized persons travelling in the vehicle en route to their destination. Unless chauffeur assisted, passengers assume personal liability when entering and exiting vehicle.

BOOKINGS

We require a $100 deposit on all bookings for vehicle hired and your booking is confirmed when deposit is paid. The balance is due and payable on the day. All deposits are due by specified dates to secure vehicles, unless prior arrangements have been made. Credit card details must be given as confirmation to hold a booking. Credit card facilities are available for immediate phone bookings to secure vehicles. If cancellation is required, the deposit already paid will be forfeited to cover costs incurred and loss of bookings of the vehicle from being held for your booking and it is not transferable, so therefore there is a $100 cancellation fee.Please note that all deposits are non refundable

The Agreed Price is the price to be paid for the journey as agreed between Pink Cadillac Limo Hire Melbourne and the customer. The times, route and other details of the journey are stipulated on the Booking Confirmation. We agree to adhere to our start and finish times; any requests to modify any of these details should be made to us at least a week in advance of the date of travel and we will endeavor to accommodate minor changes to the customer’s requirement, subject to our ability to do so. All bookings will be allowed one amendment.Pink Cadillac Limo Hire will accept no responsibility for lateness caused by the client.

All one-hour bookings will allow up to 2 pick up points that are in close proximity and still get you to your destination in time. Be sure to allow enough time for “happy snaps” at each location. If you wish to allow for a more relaxing time it may pay to book for an extra 30 minutes.

If you feel that you may be pushing to be at a destination on time we advise that you book that bit earlier and allow for the extra time.

PASSENGER BEHAVIOUR

The booking customer is responsible to ensure all passengers are aware of these conditions, and is also responsible for any damage to exterior, interior and or contents of the vehicle.

The hirer shall be responsible for the behavior of all passengers and shall be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. This includes irrational behavior resulting in damage to the vehicle or its contents by a third party. The hirer must fully agree to be held liable for the retail cost of any repair as a consequence of any damage caused. Breakage of glasses will be charged at $10.00 per glass. Pink Cadillac Limo Hire shall not be held responsible to any person or persons, company or syndicate for injuries.

Irresponsible behavior that causes damage to the vehicle or endangers the safety of other passengers will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not restricted to: sitting on the exterior of the vehicle, hanging out of windows, shouting abuse, rudeness or intolerance with the driver, arguing with the driver, misuse of equipment, fixtures or consumables as well as damage to the exterior of the vehicle. The driver may cease the service if behavior is unacceptable.

The driver or operator of the hired vehicle at time of job has the right to refuse any person or persons from car who is behaving badly and the driver has the right to terminate and cancel job at hand without a refund.

Drivers are under strict instruction to stop and not proceed if they believe any person is not in a fit state to travel, (inclusive of unruly behavior and any mess made). Average cost to sanitize the interior of the vehicles is $250.00 Depending upon the extent of the problem. Plus any work the vehicle is unable to attend. Costs will be charged to your credit card or cash payment at the end of the hire. Vomiting in the vehicle is unacceptable and will incur a clean up fee of $250.00

DISCLAIMER

Pink Cadillac Limo Hire will endeavor to get you to your destination safely, comfortably and on time, however things do happen and allowances must be made for traffic holdups, weather, illness or vehicle breakdowns, etc. We cannot be held liable for those circumstances which are beyond our control. Should there be a mishap or vehicle breakdown another vehicle will be dispatched to complete your function. Note that our Terms & Conditions also cover subcontract cars and drivers brought in, in an emergency. We can request a preferred vehicle colour for you but cannot guarantee a colour. No refund will be forthcoming unless Pink Cadillac Limo Hire is unable to solve the situation or problem at hand. We will endeavor to provide the vehicle requested by you.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a booked vehicle due to an emergency or conditions outside of our control, we will refund (in full) any amount paid.

NO FOOD IN VEHICLES

There is no food allowed in the pink Cadillac Limousine. the interior is cloth and food spillage can be difficult to clean.

NO SMOKING IN VEHICLES

From 1 March 2006, under the amended Tobacco Act 1987[22], smoking is banned in Victoria in most enclosed workplaces.

LIMOUSINE ENTERTAINMENT

The hirer accepts that the DVD, CD, TV’s and other equipment is provided as a courtesy. In the event that the equipment fitted to the vehicle malfunctions prior to or during the hire, Pink Cadillac Limo Hire accepts no liability whatsoever and no compensation shall be provided nor will the Company provide a refund.

LOST PROPERTY

Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for the loss of property left in the vehicle at any time or under any circumstances. If any items are found they will be kept in a safe place for the customer to collect.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Pink Cadillac Limo Hire reserves the right to use any photographs taken on the day for general promotion and display purposes.
